Elie Tamer Robert E. and Emily King Professor of Business Institutions
Elie Tamer's research is in econometric theory and its applications to empirical industrial organization. Recent work has concerned inferences that can be drawn from empirical models of games, conducting sensitivity analysis of partially-identified semiparametric models, and the identification of models with general censoring. He is a Fellow of the Econometric Society, and was a recipient of a Sloan Foundation Research Fellowship and a National Science Foundation Early Career Development award. He is an associate editor of the journals Econometrica, the Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, and the Econometrics Journal, and was a founding co-editor of Quantitative Economics.
